So we all know that near the end of the school year, it is so super hot that everyone's butts leave sweat marks on the chairs and complains all day long. Well, whenever days like these come about, it seems like everyone puts on short shorts and tee-shirts thinking that will help. Maybe it will for some, maybe it wont for others. I have never really been much of a fan of tees and short shorts mainly because they don't keep me cool.
If you're like me, maybe you're wondering why they don't. Well, most tees nowadays are made of cotton material and cotton retains moisture like a sponge. So if you think about it, you're sweating in a shirt that's just going to keep you sweaty and not lift the moisture from your skin which brings me to my next point: invest in cute moisture-wicking exercise clothing.
You can find exercise tank tops in so many fun colors you wouldn't even know it's workout gear. And because it's workout gear it will keep you dry and cooler.
Some tips of how to make work out gear look somewhat cute:
-Find an exercise tank top or tee in a cute color that you can wear maybe a denim vest over with some knee length yoga shorts.
-Wear what flatters you. This does not mean wear all black just because you think its slimming. I mean that if you buy some yoga pants or shorts in a color that makes your butt look weird, you may not feel as confident about yourself.
But if you're also like me and think that wearing workout gear or exercise clothing may make you look weird or trashy, there are other options.
-Flowy chiffon skirts and thin tank tops are super cute when worn with strappy sandals and a topknot up-do.
-Thin, flowy dresses and wedges get an earthy vibe if you make a head band braid with your hair.
